About the role

  • Own the end-to-end strategy for product demos at Figma, shaping how the platform is showcased to customers and prospects
  • Design demo experiences by developing engaging scripts and flows for all Figma products, tailored to executives and end users
  • Showcase business value through executive demos that tie Figma capabilities to customer challenges and measurable outcomes
  • Craft practitioner-focused demos for common use cases to enable end users
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to incorporate new features into demo scripts and keep demos current
  • Lead enablement sessions delivering live and recorded demo trainings for Account Executives and Solutions Consultants
  • Build training resources and best-practice assets to scale demo capability across the field team
  • Maintain and standardize demo environment assets to ensure consistency, reliability, and excellence across demos
  • Partner cross-functionally with Advocate and Brand teams to ensure demos and assets inspire customers

Requirements

  • Experience creating compelling demos or enablement programs for SaaS or design-focused products
  • A passion for storytelling and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a knack for working cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams
  • A track record of designing and standardizing demo environments or sales enablement assets
  • The ability to lead engaging training sessions, both live and recorded, for a variety of audiences
  • Deep empathy for both customers and field teams—understanding what makes a demo memorable and actionable
  • Familiarity with Figma (bonus)
  • Creativity, organization, and a bias for action (nice to have)
