About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Regional Trust Real Estate Manager in servicing the client base
  • Assist with preparation of Regulation 9 real estate reviews

  • Identify, assess, manage, monitor and report risks while following bank policies and procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School or GED equivalent required
  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Trust Real Estate Administrator or related experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong technical skills for system administration and support
  • Detail oriented with good problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of company policies, procedures and operations
  • Effective customer relations
  • Ability to learn basic Real Estate and Fiduciary Law
  • Ability to balance priorities while working with multiple managers
