About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and understand complex financial models
  • Perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight
  • Create presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other relevant software
  • Develop working relationships with peers and senior professionals in Credit, Capital Markets, and the organization
  • Manage multiple high-priority opportunities simultaneously
  • Complete basic credit and corporate finance analysis independently
  • Support Managing Directors
  • Assess whether securities products and capital markets services are appropriate for clients
  • Partner with business teams to provide products and services to clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned and adapt to changing priorities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required securities licenses
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • Graduating Class of 2027
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Relevant internships and co-op program experience
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets is a plus
  • SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses to be obtained immediately after start date
