About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a trusted advisor for key clients on market trends, risk management strategies, and derivative solutions
Structure and execute complex trades while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
Oversee pre-execution requirements, documentation, and approvals for Interest Rate Derivatives and related products
Deliver market research and scenario modeling for client decision-making
Prepare and present client materials, including interest rate sensitivity analyses and valuation scenarios
Identify pricing anomalies and trading opportunities through technical trend analysis and forecasting
Support cross-sell initiatives with Relationship Managers, Capital Markets, and Treasury Management teams
Contribute to product innovation and lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings
Assist senior leadership with strategic opportunity memos and client proposals
Mentor junior team members and guide Analysts and Associate I staff
Lead process improvement initiatives using technology, analytics, and automation
Build internal Capital Markets networks and external relationships to expand business opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably Sales & Trading or Capital Markets
Strong understanding of FX, Commodities, and Interest Rate Derivatives markets
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic solutions
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with data visualization tools
Familiarity with AI-driven analytics
Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
Advanced modeling, pricing tools, and electronic trading platforms proficiency
Relationship management and consultative selling skills
Ability to leverage technology for efficiency
