About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a trusted advisor for key clients on market trends, risk management strategies, and derivative solutions
- Structure and execute complex trades while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance
- Oversee pre-execution requirements, documentation, and approvals for Interest Rate Derivatives and related products
- Deliver market research and scenario modeling for client decision-making
- Prepare and present client materials, including interest rate sensitivity analyses and valuation scenarios
- Identify pricing anomalies and trading opportunities through technical trend analysis and forecasting
- Support cross-sell initiatives with Relationship Managers, Capital Markets, and Treasury Management teams
- Contribute to product innovation and lead go-to-market strategies for new offerings
- Assist senior leadership with strategic opportunity memos and client proposals
- Mentor junior team members and guide Analysts and Associate I staff
- Lead process improvement initiatives using technology, analytics, and automation
- Build internal Capital Markets networks and external relationships to expand business opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services, preferably Sales & Trading or Capital Markets
- Strong understanding of FX, Commodities, and Interest Rate Derivatives markets
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver strategic solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in financial modeling and risk analysis
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with data visualization tools
- Familiarity with AI-driven analytics
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities
- Advanced modeling, pricing tools, and electronic trading platforms proficiency
