Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and related work experience
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Expertise in strategic development and program execution
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt) desired
  • Solid product management background required
  • Strong presence with ability to interact with and influence all levels of the organization
  • Advanced consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills
  • Deep business acumen and understanding of business processes
  • Experience working in Agile or SAFE development preferred
  • Inclusive leadership skills
