About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide pro-active and effective management of trust real estate and other special assets for the Private Bank.
Responsible for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, raising concerns, and following policies and procedures.
Achieve results by identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
Provide oversight for a geographically dispersed and diverse portfolio of 50-100 mostly residential properties.
Coordinate all aspects of property management within dynamic environments.
Assume leadership in oversight and negotiations of purchases, sales and leases of real trust real estate.
Provide communication with trust officers, clients, attorneys, brokers, contractors, and other service providers.
Provide oversight services for renovations, modifications and repair projects for assigned properties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Real estate salesperson license or completing course work for license.
Minimum of five years work-related experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Self-starter with excellent organization skills for multi-tasking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer relationship skills.
