About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering Employee Experience (EX) and Bancorp programs, projects and events on time, within budget and with quality.
- Excels at working with all levels of the organization and external partners to plan, prepare and deliver programs and events.
- Delivers exceptional service and clear logistical communication to all levels of employees associated with meetings, events, and programs that may span multiple days, geographies and technologies.
- Provides detailed management of recognition programs and meetings, and all other supporting elements.
- Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
- Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5 years project management and event management experience.
- Excellent writing and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
- Ability to influence; will interact with people at all levels of the organization and needs to be able to build trust and mutual respect with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
- Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook applications.
- Expert at PowerPoint and other applications required for displaying meeting content.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
