About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define, deliver, and optimize customer-facing digital experiences across mobile, web, and emerging channels.
Drive the strategy and roadmap for digital product experiences across mobile apps and browser platforms.
Partner with Agile Scrum teams in end-to-end product delivery: backlog creation, user stories, sprint planning, QA support, and demos.
Collaborate with research partners on usability testing, concept validation, and co-creation.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, and line-of-business partners to align on key decisions.
Measure KPIs to drive adoption, reduce friction, and lift customer sentiment (NPS/CSAT).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
5–7 years of related experience.
Demonstrated success in strategic development and program execution with Consumer and Business banking digital products such as: Money Movement, Online Bill Payment, Transfers, Payments, Credit/Debit Card, Self-Service features, Authentication, Alerts.
Solid digital product management background.
Experience working in Agile development preferred.
Strong analytical skills with ability to work through complex concepts/data and present well‑thought‑out, simple solutions.
