Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for building strong relationships that allow for expanding and deepening the Fifth Third customer base
  • Provides guidance, coaching, and development support across the retail division on business development activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5+ years of Banking experience
  • 5+ years sales management experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong One Bank partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and presentation/facilitation communications skills
  • Exhibits effective problem solving, analytical skills, and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong sales and sales coaching
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new sales opportunities
