Key responsibilities & impact

supervise and mentor teams supporting Commercial clients through onboarding process
responsible for onboarding new commercial relationships, focusing on deposit and treasury management solutions
ensure proper backup support for the team during leaves of absence, vacations, and illnesses
provide day-to-day support and guidance across all aspects of client onboarding process
meet with other LOBs to create partnerships among teams
identify opportunities regarding Client service improvement to internal partners
ensure compliance across all teams

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
5 years customer service experience required
5 years banking experience required including Commercial Bank experience
5 years demonstrated leadership or equivalent training
Must have leadership skills necessary to manage a team of service professionals with varying backgrounds and levels of experience
Possess a strong understanding of risk and its potential impact on the Bancorp
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to travel and successfully cover multiple regions/markets
