About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Helps to identify and define systems and business line (LOB) needs and requirements.
Coordinates development and support for new and existing applications or product solutions.
Plays a key role in the planning, testing and implementation of process and project enhancements and IT conversions.
Ensures system enhancements follow the appropriate guidelines, meet or exceed user requirements and are completed in a timely fashion.
Partners with relevant parties, including LOB and IT in the research and resolution of system and process issues.
Identifies, researches and analyzes production problems, develops solutions and resolves problems.
Provides input into the creation of detailed project plans, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum four (4) years’ work experience in Operations, Commercial, Treasury Management, or related experience.
Minimum two (2) years of project management experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt or PMP preferred.
Proven leadership experience in areas of Operations, Manufacturing or Quality.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and be flexible.
Proficient in Windows based software programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
