- Leads risk identification and assessment (Fair Lending, Responsible Banking, CRA)
- Develops and executes strategies to close performance gaps
- Analyzes lending policies and procedures
- Conducts interviews with management to understand the lending process

- Participates in meetings to maintain knowledge of compliance risk
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 0-3 years’ experience as Officer or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of mortgage products
- Advanced understanding of consumer finance and banking regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and apply logical thought processes
