Lead the design and evolution of enterprise data/database architecture across cloud and on-prem platforms
Act as a trusted advisor to engineering and business stakeholders
Collaborate with platform engineering teams to support initiatives
Define and enforce standards for data modeling, performance tuning, and database lifecycle management
Drive modernization efforts including automation and integration of AI/ML capabilities into data platforms
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the Consulting Engineer community

Requirements

10+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture, database engineering, or related roles
Proven expertise in Enterprise grade and open source databases, performance tuning, and data integration patterns
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS preferred), data security, and compliance frameworks
Experience with consulting or advisory roles in large-scale enterprise environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
