About the role
- Partner with executive and senior management to develop product management strategies
- Lead product management team within Credit Solutions
- Coordinate across senior leadership regarding objectives
- Identify usability gaps and enhancements for credit applications
- Own the application strategy for Commercial Lending platforms
- Drive product roadmap and user feedback incorporation
- Lead collaborative processes across stakeholders for product execution
- Communicate ongoing transparency with KPIs and stakeholder updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, management, related field or equivalent experience
- 10-15 years financial services experience including commercial lending product management and leadership of initiatives
- Direct experience with credit platforms such as Moody’s CreditLens, AFS Vision, and/or enterprise credit data management solutions preferred
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex business transformation opportunities
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven experience in leading change and governance of major business efforts
- Excellent organizational skills
- Prior Product Management and Agile experience
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, negotiation and influencing skills
