About the role

  • Support the execution of complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence, including market research and transaction analyses
  • Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books and transaction summaries
  • Analyze financial statements and market data to support corporate finance evaluations
  • Communicate project status, timelines, deliverables effectively across deal teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, consulting, and transaction advisory services
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation development
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in deal teams
