About the role
- Support the execution of complex financial transactions and strategic initiatives
- Conduct initial and ongoing due diligence, including market research and transaction analyses
- Prepare client-facing materials including pitch books and transaction summaries
- Analyze financial statements and market data to support corporate finance evaluations
- Communicate project status, timelines, deliverables effectively across deal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, venture capital, consulting, and transaction advisory services
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation development
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in deal teams
