About the role
- Responsible for implementation of effective sales/marketing strategy and efficient management of the Sales Force
- Provides leadership to the indirect auto sales team
- Collaborates with key stakeholders to develop, implement and measure programs and initiatives that drive sales and profitability
- Prepares and manages marketing plans and materials consistent with corporate marketing policy
- Ensures controls are adequately in place and documented for all functions for which he/she is responsible
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Independent and highly self motivated
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
