About the role
- Accountable for overall production, coaching, and developing a team of licensed bankers
- Design and customize coaching sessions to train bankers on investment strategies
- Conduct appointments with bankers and assist in identifying potential clients
- Develop strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests
- Manage sales planning to drive goals and client experience
- Conduct seminars for business development
Requirements
- Prior Brokerage Industry Experience
- Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) licenses required
- Variable Annuity license required
- Ability to motivate others in a team environment
- Ability to transfer knowledge through highly developed coaching and teaching skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial concepts
- Proven experience in building client relationships
- Highly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products and financial solutions
- Highly developed sales and presentation skills
