About the role
- Has sales responsibilities as well as providing supervision, direction and leadership to the Associates and Analysts on the team
- Directing the workflow of the team's Associates and Analysts to ensure that these resources are allocated appropriately across the group's projects
- Managing a portfolio of insurance clients, with primary responsibility for cross-sell, return generation, and First Line of Defense
- Creating high-impact presentation materials using PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other relevant applications
- Managing priorities while working on a number of high-priority engagements simultaneously
- Managing, mentoring, and developing staff including Analysts and Associates
- Provide support to the Capital Markets businesses by assessing whether securities products and capital markets services would be appropriate for a particular client.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree required, graduate degree preferred
- 6 - 8+ years of experience in Banking, Investment Banking, M&A or Capital Markets preferred
- 4+ years of corporate banking analysis and sales management preferred
- Strong corporate finance and credit skills required, underwriting experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in working as a part of a team to originate, and close complex financial transactions
- Proven ability to pitch, win and execute on corporate finance ideas
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79 and 63 licenses required.
