Gather and share competitive intelligence, market trends, and talent insights to inform sourcing strategies and provide a strategic advantage to Talent Acquisition and business leaders.
Develop and execute targeted marketing and communication campaigns to build long-term relationships with critical skill candidates and maintain passive talent pipelines.
Represent and promote the organization’s employment brand externally, ensuring alignment with cultural values and candidate expectations.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and deliver pre-qualified talent to recruiters and hiring managers for further evaluation.
Track and report key sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness, identify trends, and uncover opportunities in talent markets.
Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques and internal tools to source candidates through databases, professional networks, and social platforms.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of five years of experience in strategic sourcing and/or full-cycle recruitment, with a strong emphasis on identifying passive talent.
Proven experience in a client-facing or sales-oriented role requiring relationship development, talent identification, and long-term engagement strategies.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute innovative sourcing campaigns and candidate engagement programs that attract high-impact talent.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent searches.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization.
Advanced proficiency in sourcing technologies, internet research, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skilled in Boolean search techniques and familiar with CRM and ATS platforms such as Workday.
