About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support across a wide range of pension activities
- Maintain accurate member records
- Process pension-related information
- Respond to enquiries from scheme members, employers and pensioners

- Ensure pension benefits are processed accurately and within service targets
- Work with sensitive and confidential information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Educated to SVQF level 5 (4 qualifications at intermediate level 2 or above) or equivalent in a business/customer service subject
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and data entry skills
- Effective verbal and written communication with a wide range of customers
- Experience using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and work accurately to deadlines
- Ability to interpret information, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to travel to Fife House, Glenrothes and attend Fife office locations as required
- Previous experience within pensions, payroll, financial administration, or local government is advantageous but not essential
