Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Educated to SVQF level 5 (4 qualifications at intermediate level 2 or above) or equivalent in a business/customer service subject
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and data entry skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication with a wide range of customers
  • Experience using computer systems, databases, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads and work accurately to deadlines
  • Ability to interpret information, follow procedures, and maintain confidentiality
  • Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to travel to Fife House, Glenrothes and attend Fife office locations as required
  • Previous experience within pensions, payroll, financial administration, or local government is advantageous but not essential
