About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the work of Fife Violence Against Women Partnership
  • Deliver Equally Safe – Scotland’s Strategy for Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls
  • Plan, research, design and deliver training and eLearning packages
  • Work with partner agencies to develop and deliver awareness raising events
  • Ensure age-appropriate learning for children and young people about healthy relationships
  • Contribute to the Fife Violence Against Women Partnership strategy
  • Disseminate information to relevant organisations and the public
  • Support monitoring and evaluation across partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Educated to SCQF level 8
  • Significant experience working in the field of violence against women
  • Experience liaising with a range of agencies (voluntary and statutory)
  • Demonstrable skills in developing and delivering training, learning programmes, and events to a wide audience
  • Ability to evaluate and review programmes to ensure relevance
  • Must be able to travel throughout Fife.
  • Required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
