Key responsibilities & impact

Support the work of Fife Violence Against Women Partnership
Deliver Equally Safe – Scotland’s Strategy for Preventing Violence Against Women and Girls
Plan, research, design and deliver training and eLearning packages
Work with partner agencies to develop and deliver awareness raising events
Ensure age-appropriate learning for children and young people about healthy relationships
Contribute to the Fife Violence Against Women Partnership strategy
Disseminate information to relevant organisations and the public
Support monitoring and evaluation across partners.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Educated to SCQF level 8
Significant experience working in the field of violence against women
Experience liaising with a range of agencies (voluntary and statutory)
Demonstrable skills in developing and delivering training, learning programmes, and events to a wide audience
Ability to evaluate and review programmes to ensure relevance
Must be able to travel throughout Fife.
Required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland.
