Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Generative AI solutions—integrated into Fiera’s investment and operational processes
Select, configure, and integrate Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other LLM solutions into production-grade use cases
Own and evolve the AI delivery platform stack leveraging Azure AI Foundry and other Microsoft Azure AI services
Develop high-quality libraries, services, and automations in Python
Serve as a technical lead with cybersecurity, IT, legal, and compliance
Establish and maintain technical documentation, reference architectures, and runbooks

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience developing production-grade Python applications
Demonstrated experience delivering Generative AI / LLM solutions end-to-end in an enterprise environment.
Experience selecting, integrating, and operationalizing modern AI platforms and tools such as: Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, MCP Server / MCP tools
Strong experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, enterprise applications, and data sources.
Strong business acumen: able to prioritize use cases, articulate ROI, and make pragmatic trade-offs between value, risk, cost, and delivery timelines.
Proven ability to influence and communicate complex AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
