• Receive documentation requirements from Client
• Enter Lot documentation into Fieldstone tracking systems
• Assist in determining if lot is an original lot or if the lot is a revision to an already submitted lot
• Assist filing all third-party documents related to specific lots (i.e. truss drawings)
• Update received date on Fieldstone Tracking Systems after drawings have been received
• Fulfill client requests for printing and shipping tasks, ensuring high quality and adherence to deadlines
