Architect

• Prepare complex Architecture and Engineering construction drawings for residential and commercial projects utilizing AutoCAD Architecture, and/or REVIT.
• Performs thorough self-review of work before submitting to supervisor.
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Management team regarding project status.
• Consistently apply Fieldstone’s Quality Control procedures and takes ownership of their work.
• Maintain FAE standards for file and folder management (including submittals, RFIs, and other project records both electronic and paper).
• Comply with Fieldstone and client-specific standards (CAD, File Management, etc.).
• Participate in occasional team meetings to help resolve project issues such as coordination, scheduling, and technical concerns.
• Document time and expenses using Fieldstone’s business management system.
• Foster a culture of external and internal client service.

Designer II – Architecture

Artificial Intelligence

The AI Automation Programmer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation tools and AI-driven solutions to simplify and streamline administrative tasks across Fieldstone’s internal teams.
Design, build, and deploy automation scripts, bots, and AI-powered applications to reduce manual administrative workload.
Integrate automation tools with internal systems (e.g., HRIS, Cortex, Smartsheet, Deltek, etc.) where applicable.
Maintain and improve existing automation tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Leverage AI and machine learning frameworks (such as natural language processing and large language models) to create solutions that support document handling, reporting, and communication tasks.
Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept applications to test and demonstrate new automation opportunities.
Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and other internal departments to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions that align with team needs.
Provide training and documentation to ensure employees can effectively use automation tools.
Ensure automation solutions follow data security and compliance requirements.
Work with IT to connect automation workflows to existing systems and databases.
Monitor tool usage and collect feedback to improve user experience.
