About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead enterprise strategic planning and deployment initiatives
Develop executive- and Board-level presentations, reports, and recommendations
Facilitate annual planning sessions, quarterly business reviews, and leadership offsites
Partner with leaders across the business to align priorities and drive execution
Track strategic initiatives, monitor performance, and communicate progress
Coach leaders on strategy deployment, organizational alignment, and continuous improvement
Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field
8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, strategy deployment, business transformation, Chief of Staff, management consulting, or similar leadership roles
Demonstrated experience developing enterprise strategy and leading strategy deployment across complex organizations
Experience preparing and presenting executive- and Board-level presentations, reports, and decision materials
Experience with Hoshin Kanri, Policy Deployment, OKRs, EOS, or similar strategy deployment frameworks
Experience with Danaher Business System, Fortive Business System, Toyota Production System, or other Lean operating systems
Outstanding executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business functions
Strong understanding of continuous improvement and organizational change principles.
