About the role
- Processing new leads, converting leads into deals
- Be a client expert, consultant and internal champion
- Retaining customers and ambassadors, building long-term partnerships
- Completing monthly sales tasks
- Assist and guide new leads in their customer journey
- Maintaining data into CRM
- Monitoring of main competitors
- Reporting to management
Requirements
- Familiar with Agri clients
- Fluent in written and spoken German (C1/C2 level at least)
- English B2 or higher for communication in the company
- Other European languages at C level - a strong bonus
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in B2C/B2B international direct sales
- Strong listening and analysing skills
