About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide end-to-end recruitment support, from taking the brief through making the offer
- Partner with senior leaders to define hiring needs and advise on the local talent pool
- Build proactive talent pipelines and engage candidates as an ambassador for Field
- Design efficient hiring processes with hiring managers
- Coordinate multiple diaries and maintain strong candidate communication
- Review and improve performance-tracking tools
- Set stretch KPIs and provide regular recruitment data and reporting
- Shape the employer brand through website content, in-person events, and attraction tools
- Support value-add projects including benefits design, internal communications, hiring training, and EDI activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable candidate sourcing, headhunting, and proactive talent-attraction skills
- Proven track record filling niche roles in competitive markets
- Substantial in-house recruitment experience
- Strong industry knowledge and a professional network
- Naturally organised and methodical approach
- Ability to design efficient, consistent hiring workflows
- Strong data-analysis skills
- Confident use of Excel/Sheets
- Resilience and creativity when facing challenges
- Ability to think laterally to solve complex problems
