About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, analyze, and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including subcontracts, service and supply agreements, access and material agreements, and equipment rental agreements
- Conduct pre-bid and contract risk reviews
- Draft and revise agreements using standardized templates
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts align with operational needs
- Conduct legal and regulatory research to support contract interpretation and risk mitigation
- Assist in maintaining and improving contract templates and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Paralegal degree or certificate, or equivalent relevant experience, required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in contract review and drafting
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
