About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage systems and services that power Fidus, blending frontline support with Azure and AI enablement work
Share ownership of IT help desk operations with the IT team
Lead organizational AI enablement and deployment efforts
Administer and maintain Azure and Microsoft 365 environment
Provide hands-on IT support to end users
Champion identity system integrations
Apply security best practices and support compliance and cybersecurity requirements
Create and maintain documentation for IT processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar IT position
Post-secondary education in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
Strong hands-on experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
Experience leading or supporting organizational AI enablement and deployment
Solid working knowledge of security concepts
Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity frameworks
Working knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat)
Experience working with IT ticketing systems
Experience with IT hardware provisioning
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Ability to obtain security clearance to work within Canadian and US government contracts
