Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar IT position
  • Post-secondary education in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience leading or supporting organizational AI enablement and deployment
  • Solid working knowledge of security concepts
  • Familiarity with compliance and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems (Ubuntu, Red Hat)
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems
  • Experience with IT hardware provisioning
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Ability to obtain security clearance to work within Canadian and US government contracts
