About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop medium- and high-complexity web applications, APIs, integrations, and enterprise services;
Perform corrective, adaptive, and evolutionary maintenance of existing systems;
Participate in defining technical architecture and development standards;
Ensure code quality, version control, testing, and software engineering best practices;
Document systems, integrations, technical flows, and architectural decisions;
Act proactively to identify and resolve technical issues;
Assume technical ownership of the deliveries under your responsibility;
Support business areas in translating needs into viable technological solutions;
Develop integrations with internal and external systems via APIs, web services, and messaging platforms;
Support cloud environments and distributed architectures when applicable;
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the Innovation area’s technology stack;
Mentor and support less experienced team members with technical guidance.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid experience as a senior full-stack or backend developer;
Strong command of the Microsoft ecosystem, with a focus on C# and .NET;
Experience with ASP.NET Core;
Experience with Blazor, Razor Pages, MVC, or Minimal APIs;
Advanced knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server;
Experience with Redis or other in-memory caching solutions;
Experience developing and consuming REST APIs, SOAP services, and web services;
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Proactive, collaborative profile with strong problem-solving skills.
