About the role
- The IT Project Manager role is aligned to product development teams and partners with product leadership to manage the delivery of team objectives and deliver the vision of the product.
- Responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple teams to deliver seamless solutions.
- Advises and coaches others on Delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) while simultaneously coordinating impediment, risks, cross-product interdependencies and release management.
- Partner with delivery leadership (product and technology) to develop short and long-term plans for delivery teams aligned with annual and quarterly commitments.
Requirements
- 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- PMP, ACP or CSM preferred
- 2-5 years of experience as a SM, Project Manager or similar type role
- Conflict Resolution
- Keeps abreast with trends, developments, and technologies within the field of Information Technology, locally and internationally.
- Understands the various agile and project frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) and applies the appropriate framework/methodology for the situation.
