The IT Project Manager role is aligned to product development teams and partners with product leadership to manage the delivery of team objectives and deliver the vision of the product.
Responsible for coordinating efforts across multiple teams to deliver seamless solutions.
Advises and coaches others on Delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) while simultaneously coordinating impediment, risks, cross-product interdependencies and release management.
Partner with delivery leadership (product and technology) to develop short and long-term plans for delivery teams aligned with annual and quarterly commitments.
Requirements
4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent
PMP, ACP or CSM preferred
2-5 years of experience as a SM, Project Manager or similar type role
Conflict Resolution
Keeps abreast with trends, developments, and technologies within the field of Information Technology, locally and internationally.
Understands the various agile and project frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM, Lean, Six Sigma, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) and applies the appropriate framework/methodology for the situation.
