About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join a full-time operations position on day 1 while participating in the FidYOU program
  • Complete a two-week onboarding experience including a week-long onboarding and teambuilding event in Westlake, Texas
  • Train for the assigned business-unit role beginning in week 3
  • Attend monthly cohort development, networking, and learning sessions
  • Build skills and capabilities through an 18-month early-career program experience and monthly development for the first two years
  • Provide operational service by establishing and updating brokerage accounts, initiating asset transfers, and supporting managed-account transactions
  • Address Custody and Clearing client inquiries involving transfers of assets, new accounts, and money movement through various channels
  • Provide fund accounting, data management, trade processing, and regulatory reporting support
  • Respond to inbound calls, perform trade execution, and advocate for clients across Fidelity
  • Deliver accurate results efficiently while supporting divisional business needs with a client-first mentality
  • Drive process innovation through curiosity and understanding of business processes and challenges
  • Maintain consistent workflow, develop industry knowledge, and build professional skills

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Program starts in June 2027
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to interpret sophisticated client requests and communicate clearly
  • Outstanding problem-solving ability
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Compliance with applicable securities, investment, retirement, ERISA, state, and self-regulatory organization regulations
  • Candidates may be subject to restrictions related to certain criminal histories under applicable regulations
