About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted financial advisor to senior executives and C-suite leaders within key Workplace benefit plan clients
  • Provide personalized financial planning, retirement income strategies, investment guidance, and asset management support tailored to clients’ unique goals
  • Integrate workplace benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans
  • Help executives make informed decisions supporting their immediate and long-term financial well-being
  • Deliver outstanding client experience through ongoing consultation and relationship management
  • Work as part of a collaborative team including managing directors, relationship managers, and executive services associates
  • Drive client engagement, business growth, and client satisfaction
  • Present executive services offerings during business reviews
  • Cultivate new opportunities through referrals, seminars, and local events
  • Identify strategies to increase assets under management and expand client relationships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required
  • Ability to obtain an insurance license within six months of hire
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation preferred
  • Completion of CEP Level 1 certification within the first 12 months of employment is strongly encouraged
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in face-to-face investment sales and financial planning
  • Proven track record of sales success within the financial services industry
  • Experience working with senior executives and employee benefit plans
  • Demonstrated success developing new business and managing relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Strong ability to assess clients' unique financial needs and recommend tailored investment and planning solutions
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
  • Comprehensive knowledge of brokerage services, insurance products, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and advise executive-level decision-makers
  • Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills in both one-on-one and group settings
  • Strong territory management capabilities with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
