About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- drive growth of Fidelity's 401(k) recordkeeping and workplace solutions business throughout New York State
- build and leverage a network of financial advisors and third party administrators (TPAs)
- connect clients with Fidelity's retirement plan solutions
- provide a consultative sales experience for advisors, TPAs, and small business owners
- improve client outcomes and expand Fidelity's presence in the market
Requirements
What you’ll need- proven track record in consultative sales, financial services, or benefit-related industries
- experience selling through intermediaries such as financial advisors, TPAs, and consultants
- demonstrated success uncovering client needs and delivering tailored retirement and financial wellness solutions
- proven ability to build and execute territory business plans, including market segmentation, pipeline development, and coverage strategy
- experience developing referral networks
- strong relationship-building skills
- knowledge of 401(k) recordkeeping, administration, investments, and employee benefits
- FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or the ability to obtain them upon hire
