About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver business consulting and practice management insights to IWMS clients and prospective clients
Help wealth management clients grow their businesses, enhance customer experiences, improve operational efficiency, and increase profitability
Play a role in delivering consulting services including programs, thought leadership and data-driven insights
Work closely with the sales and relationship management teams, as well as internal business partners
Drive commercial opportunities while developing relationships across client leadership and with other industry centers of influence

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree required/ Advanced degree preferred
5 years of experience within the financial services industry
Deep expertise in intermediary clients (RIA models preferred)
Series 7, 63 preferred. Required to obtain within 90 days
Must be willing to travel - 30-40% of the time
Analytical, strategic-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong drive, take initiative, demonstrate outstanding collaboration skills
Abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to our clients’ businesses
Strong interpersonal skills, can effectively influence, and build solid relationships
