About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end supplier onboarding lifecycle and support execution of broader vendor management program delivery
  • Ensure consistency, governance, and strong execution across supplier onboarding and program initiatives
  • Partner closely with Vendor Managers, Procurement, Vendor Risk, and other enterprise stakeholders
  • Oversee the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
  • Partner with Vendor Managers and business stakeholders to manage onboarding demand and pipeline
  • Coordinate governance requirements to secure necessary approval
  • Oversee supplier setup across systems (e.g., Supplier Master, VRW, QuickBase) and required documentation
  • Support vendor management program initiatives by maintaining consistent standards, processes, and best practices across the supplier lifecycle
  • Serve as a liaison to enterprise partners (Procurement, Vendor Risk, Client Contracts, and Risk) to align on program objectives and solutions
  • Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues and risk events, evaluating the impact of enterprise changes on the supplier management program.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in vendor management, program management, product development, operations, risk, or relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the Workplace Investing business preferred
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills with strong executive presence
  • Understanding of Vendor lifecycle, desired
  • Ability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels
  • Strong program and project management capabilities
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and ambiguous situations
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically when needed
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate risks, challenges, and business impacts
  • Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
  • Expertise in presentation development and compelling storytelling.
