About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end supplier onboarding lifecycle and support execution of broader vendor management program delivery
- Ensure consistency, governance, and strong execution across supplier onboarding and program initiatives
- Partner closely with Vendor Managers, Procurement, Vendor Risk, and other enterprise stakeholders
- Oversee the end-to-end supplier lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding
- Partner with Vendor Managers and business stakeholders to manage onboarding demand and pipeline
- Coordinate governance requirements to secure necessary approval
- Oversee supplier setup across systems (e.g., Supplier Master, VRW, QuickBase) and required documentation
- Support vendor management program initiatives by maintaining consistent standards, processes, and best practices across the supplier lifecycle
- Serve as a liaison to enterprise partners (Procurement, Vendor Risk, Client Contracts, and Risk) to align on program objectives and solutions
- Identify, assess, and resolve complex issues and risk events, evaluating the impact of enterprise changes on the supplier management program.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 7–10 years of experience in vendor management, program management, product development, operations, risk, or relationship management
- Strong understanding of the Workplace Investing business preferred
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills with strong executive presence
- Understanding of Vendor lifecycle, desired
- Ability to build strong partnerships across all organizational levels
- Strong program and project management capabilities
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and ambiguous situations
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically when needed
- Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to clearly articulate risks, challenges, and business impacts
- Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with minimal direction
- Expertise in presentation development and compelling storytelling.
