About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Director, Process Strategy & Enablement plays a pivotal role in driving high-impact cross-functional process improvements across Asset Management.

  • Develop connections with business partners to understand their needs.

  • Iterate solutions based on user feedback.

  • Lead or contribute to cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience in financial services (10+ years)
  • BS degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
  • Curiosity and ability to ask probing questions
  • Proficiency in synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data into actionable themes
  • Strong executive presence
  • Proven ability to lead meetings and manage sensitive topics constructively
  • Outstanding communication skills across written, verbal, and visual formats (PowerPoint)
  • Project management and organizational expertise
  • Comfort giving and receiving feedback to iterate and improve
  • Ability to work independently and with ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Attention to detail to produce polished results
