About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead Fidelity’s conversion team responsible for the transition of 401(k) plans
Manage projects that convert Fidelity 401(k) new sales into clients
Identify service integration issues and develop solutions
Present project status and deliverables to internal and external partners
Negotiate with business partners to determine satisfactory solutions
Identify potential risk items in the conversion process and raise appropriately

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
Strong Customer Service experience required
Project Management experience preferred
Defined Contribution experience preferred
Strong organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects with multiple timelines at once
Good judgment and independent decision-making skills
Communication and influencing skills
Ability to coordinate and lead effective meetings
