About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure all contributions, grants, and money movement transactions are accounted for and accurately recorded
- Lead a team of at least 8 associates in Texas or Salt Lake City
- Design and generate reports to measure and communicate the team’s progress against KPIs/metrics
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for service issues
- Continually evaluate work distribution and performance
- Deliver complex analysis and advice to senior management
- Lead quality and timely work to meet donor and non-profit organization needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelors or equivalent with 8+ years of experience or Masters with 6+ years of experience
- Preferred experience or demonstrated proficiency in the areas of Risk Management, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations
- Knowledge of the financial services and/or non-profit industry, specifically as it relates to operations
- 2+ years of demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team in a dynamic environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to influence, build consensus and integrate complex information
- Ability to be a self-starter with a high degree of ownership and accountability for results
- Flexibility and adaptability will enable you to react constructively to multiple and shifting priorities, unexpected events, and seasonal demands
