Key responsibilities & impact

Define and implement the vision and strategy for Emerging Products Administration
Establish scalable, repeatable operating models to support existing and new product launches
Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and accountability for team performance and outcomes
Partner closely with product owners to operationalize new offerings and service enhancements
Influence business partners on product readiness, service enhancements, and the adoption of best-in-class controls and operational models
Drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across processes
Ensure strong governance, risk management, and fiduciary oversight where applicable
Deliver high-quality service experiences for emerging product clients
Lead, support, and develop a multi-level organization with varied abilities and product expertise
Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that promotes engagement and accountability
Oversee hiring, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–10 plus years of leadership experience managing diverse teams
Background in defined contribution (DC) client services, operations, or product development/support
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience in consulting, large-scale program management, and/or business strategy a plus
Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to drive decisions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Strong organizational navigation and collaboration skills across functions and levels
Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across partners and teams
Familiarity with DC recordkeeping, products, and services
Effective leader and mentor, capable of developing talent and elevating team performance
