About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and implement the vision and strategy for Emerging Products Administration
  • Establish scalable, repeatable operating models to support existing and new product launches
  • Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and accountability for team performance and outcomes
  • Partner closely with product owners to operationalize new offerings and service enhancements
  • Influence business partners on product readiness, service enhancements, and the adoption of best-in-class controls and operational models
  • Drive efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement across processes
  • Ensure strong governance, risk management, and fiduciary oversight where applicable
  • Deliver high-quality service experiences for emerging product clients
  • Lead, support, and develop a multi-level organization with varied abilities and product expertise
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture that promotes engagement and accountability
  • Oversee hiring, talent development, performance management, and workforce planning

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 plus years of leadership experience managing diverse teams
  • Background in defined contribution (DC) client services, operations, or product development/support
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Experience in consulting, large-scale program management, and/or business strategy a plus
  • Strategic problem solver with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational navigation and collaboration skills across functions and levels
  • Proven ability to build trust and drive alignment across partners and teams
  • Familiarity with DC recordkeeping, products, and services
  • Effective leader and mentor, capable of developing talent and elevating team performance
