About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver impactful and insightful analysis across the organization.
  • Help execute Financial Planning and Analysis duties for the Fidelity Health organization.
  • Support the annual planning cycle, provide insightful monthly P and L analysis, KPI management, and ongoing adhoc analytics.
  • Consolidate business unit results and deliver a concise executive summary.
  • Create detailed financial plans for revenue, expense, and headcount.
  • Partner and communicate with business and Finance partners.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPI) and support ongoing tracking efforts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
  • 5 years of professional experience in Finance; 3 years of experience with advanced degree.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel, PivotTables and PowerPoint along with experience in NGAV, Anaplan, PowerBI and DOMO.
