Key responsibilities & impact

Providing guidance to business partners on the key rules and regulations that must be followed when building innovative solutions for our clients and customers.
Helping to ensure that the innovative solutions that our business partners build for clients adhere to applicable key rules, regulations, and policies.
Engage with team members and managers to inform and influence key product and process decisions to help ensure compliance.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
Experience in employee benefits industry required.
Experience in compliance, risk management, and/or financial services is preferred.
Knowledge of federal laws, regulations, and agencies governing business lines supported (e.g., ERISA, Department of Labor, Internal Revenue Service) is strong.
Ability to apply critical thinking to understand, interpret and apply regulatory and legal requirements.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including ability to collaborate across the organization, with peers and management, to deliver results.
Strong verbal and written communications skills - ability to present ideas and complex information clearly and effectively through multiple channels.
A proven track record to identify, analyze and resolve problems independently, and call out matters when appropriate.
Detail oriented and well organized to effectively prioritize your work queue and meet timelines.
Enjoys reading and understanding business communications, policies and regulations.
Microsoft Office suite of applications, including SharePoint, are some of the many tools in your toolbox.
