About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Analyst, Process Strategy & Enablement plays a key part in improving how Asset Management teams operate, helping drive efficiency, consistency, and change across critical business processes.
- Contributes to high-impact, cross-functional process improvement initiatives by understanding user needs, assisting in solution design, and supporting organizational change activities.
- Exposure to senior leaders, cross-functional initiatives, foundational processes, and change management skills.
- Partner with cross-functional teams across Asset Management to understand business needs.
- Assist in conducting stakeholder interviews and help summarize findings.
- Translate sophisticated information into clear, concise updates.
- Build working relationships with business partners to develop domain knowledge and context.
- Participate in brainstorming and creative problem-solving sessions.
- Develop mock-ups, process maps, and prototypes with input from project leads.
- Gather and incorporate user feedback into evolving solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials, incorporating guidance and feedback.
- Contribute to implementation plans and supporting communication materials.
- Coordinate logistics for change management activities, including scheduling and follow-ups.
- Provide project management support including meeting notes, recap communications, and scheduling.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or related field preferred)
- 5 years of experience in financial services, operations, consulting, or related fields
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and willingness to tackle new challenges
- Proven curiosity and strong learning agility, with passion for continuous growth
- Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information
- Clear communication skills (written, verbal, and visual; PowerPoint proficiency preferred)
- Strong organization and time-management abilities
- Openness to giving and receiving feedback to improve outcomes
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and navigate ambiguity with support
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work
- Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with data analysis concepts is a plus
