About the role

  • supports and executes Entity Change events for advisors operating on the Fidelity RIA platform
  • focuses on Mergers and Acquisitions involving existing advisors or RIAs in the onboarding process
  • supports ongoing maintenance events, including Name and Ownership Changes
  • consolidates business structures under the receiving RIA’s internal records
  • ensures accurate updates to RIA names and related attributes across the platform
  • conducts detailed analyses of each RIA’s business model, operational dependencies, and product configurations
  • translates requirements into precise, targeted tasks to implement necessary changes
  • manages events of varying size, complexity, and scope
  • partners closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities, ensure alignment, and drive timely execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Commensurate Work Experience
  • Financial intermediary channel experience preferred (RIAs, Banks, and Broker/Dealers)
  • Client facing service experience required
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a willingness to make the extra effort to resolve issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, self-directed and an independent problem solver
  • Flexible/adaptive to change
  • Obsessed with delivering a superior client experience to our financial intermediary client base
