About the role
- Provide risk management support to Fidelity Health Domain and Operations teams.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Perform control reviews.
- Manage and mitigate risk incidents.
- Provide analysis and reporting.
- Foster strong partnerships and relationships to influence change.
- Work with partners in Legal and Compliance to support regulatory changes.
- Assist internal and external Audit partners.
- Ensure there is appropriate reporting, communication and awareness on issues identified.
Requirements
- Strong health and welfare, health savings account, and / or Medicare industry knowledge.
- Understanding of FH platforms including the digital offerings and supporting database and cloud technologies.
- Proven problem-solving skills and experience making decisions.
- Risk assessment and / or controls or audit experience.
- An understanding of the FH business units.
- Strong analytical and communications skills.
- Working knowledge in the field of data analytics a plus.
