About the role
- Assist in developing and executing the mapping of regulatory risks and controls to ensure FDA’s compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Support the execution of compliance testing including assessing existing testing and assurance activities against regulatory expectations, collaborating across business functions, and reporting to leadership
- Support the compliance risk assessment planning, execution, and evaluation process, as needed
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred, a degree in law, finance, business administration, or a related field is a plus
- Experience in compliance, risk management, legal roles, or other oversight or quality assurance roles are ideal
- Ability to identify vulnerabilities and develop corrective action plans
- Exposure to testing approaches through risk assessment, control testing, compliance testing, audit, gap analysis, or other investigative processes not necessary, but encouraged
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate in a fast-paced environment with various departments and different levels of authority to cultivate a culture of compliance
- Strong attention to detail and writing skills necessary
- Comfort in dynamic environments, ability to shift priorities and manage projects across multiple functions and timelines
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain technology and the Crypto industry are advantageous.
