  • Play a pivotal role in advancing Fidelity’s enterprise-wide cloud-based HR technologies
  • Focus on enhancing the digital experience for all associates while driving efficiency and modernizing the skills and learning ecosystem
  • Support and optimize Skills and Learning Platform(s)—including Skills-related configuration in Workday
  • Collaborate closely with business and technology partners to design solutions
  • Support ongoing operations and deliver enhancements within an Agile framework
  • Contribute to the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of these platforms
  • Support implementations, document processes, conduct short-term research, resolve system issues, gather requirements, and test long-term fixes or configuration updates
  • Partner with integration teams to monitor, troubleshoot, and validate data feed changes between systems
