About the role

  • The Business Analyst is focused on collaboration with WI business partners, building business requirements, defining and maintaining operational process and procedures, as well as supporting customer-facing associates.
  • Acts as point of contact for business partner concerns and issues.
  • Provide team-level readiness support for tool improvements, process changes and product enhancements
  • Gather operations/processing team feedback, identify trends, and assign prioritization and ideas for process improvements, product development and service support models
  • Partner with Product development teams to identify and influence prioritization for key technology development in order to support the various teams in preapproved space (restatement, amendment consulting, plan consulting, project management, etc)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Working knowledge of WI businesses and service model
  • Has a proven understanding of many of our core WI systems (FPRS, PSW, XTRAC, Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau) and DC recordkeeping business
  • Proactively works to resolve complex issues and actively promotes a collaborative and positive environment
  • Remains curious about new products and services and proactively seeks to understand impacts of regulatory and industry changes
