About the role

  • Build and operationalize plans to ensure consistent messaging, appropriate sequencing, and clear connections across all touchpoints
  • Drive engagement and awareness for ECS strategic initiatives, cyber and fraud capabilities, and everyone’s role in protecting the firm
  • Work closely with ECS product areas
  • Create high-impact campaigns and strategic messaging to support the ECS mission to enable customer and business growth through secure, resilient, trusted experiences

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 6-8 years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
  • Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
  • Skilled influencer with the capability to build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization
  • Audience-first mindset to enable effective communication planning and content creation
  • Strength in connecting and articulating common threads across initiatives and programs
  • Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities, and adapt well to change direction in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
  • Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience a plus
  • Functional experience with Jira a plus.
