About the role
- Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of Quantitative Research initiatives
- Develop and track project plans, timelines, and landmarks
- Lead and prioritize backlogs for large teams
- Facilitate regular backlog refinement sessions
- Champion Agile methodologies and adopt tools to enhance team productivity and collaboration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external partners
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in program management
- Extensive background in Investment Management
- Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, multi-year projects
- deep familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) / Bachelor of Science (B.S.) or equivalent experience in a related field
