About the role

  • Support the Investment Advisor Group (IAG) by delivering impactful, insight‑driven financial analysis to business partners
  • Lead a broad range of analytics, financial management activities, and strategic business partner support
  • Drive improved outcomes and financial performance across the organization
  • Produce consultative analytics and executive‑level recommendations for key strategic priorities, business performance management, annual planning, and goal setting for IAG leadership
  • Collaborate closely with the Compensation team on Advisor compensation strategy and execution
  • Mentor and guide junior financial analysts within the group

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of Finance experience with a strong track record in financial modeling and analysis
  • FP&A and line‑finance experience, with proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
  • Exceptional management, analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to both lead and contribute within team environments
  • Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate across all organizational levels, including with senior executives
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including establishing timelines and overseeing full project lifecycles
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consultative, cross‑functional relationships
  • Ability to quickly gain subject‑matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to produce high‑quality analytics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Initiative and creativity in challenging conventional approaches and driving innovative solutions
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop financial analyst talent
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead effectively in a matrixed environment, understanding when to involve other centers of excellence
