About the role
- Support the Investment Advisor Group (IAG) by delivering impactful, insight‑driven financial analysis to business partners
- Lead a broad range of analytics, financial management activities, and strategic business partner support
- Drive improved outcomes and financial performance across the organization
- Produce consultative analytics and executive‑level recommendations for key strategic priorities, business performance management, annual planning, and goal setting for IAG leadership
- Collaborate closely with the Compensation team on Advisor compensation strategy and execution
- Mentor and guide junior financial analysts within the group
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of Finance experience with a strong track record in financial modeling and analysis
- FP&A and line‑finance experience, with proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders
- Exceptional management, analytical, communication, conceptual thinking, project management, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to both lead and contribute within team environments
- Confidence, business maturity, and presence to work independently and collaborate across all organizational levels, including with senior executives
- Demonstrated project management experience, including establishing timelines and overseeing full project lifecycles
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build consultative, cross‑functional relationships
- Ability to quickly gain subject‑matter expertise and apply institutional knowledge to produce high‑quality analytics
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity
- Initiative and creativity in challenging conventional approaches and driving innovative solutions
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop financial analyst talent
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and lead effectively in a matrixed environment, understanding when to involve other centers of excellence
